ZCY45R Side Dump Rock loader is a tracked, trackless loading device primarily used in coal and semi-coal-rock roadways, and can also be used in small-section full-rock roadways for loading coal, rock, and other materials. This product features high insertion force, good maneuverability, full-section operation, high safety, and multi-purpose functionality. In addition to loading operations, it can also serve as a working platform during support work, facilitating short-distance transport, bottom-level work, and sidewall cleaning.

Consists of the bucket, bucket base, bucket arm, tilting cylinder, and lifting cylinder. Operating the side-dumping cylinder tilts the bucket to one side for unloading. The shovel plate is made of wear-resistant steel, ideal for hard sandstone.
The walking mechanism includes idler wheels, track rollers, sprockets, and track assembly. It uses a parking brake that automatically engages via spring action when the travel handle is released, ensuring high safety.
